Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor process control during shifts and take corrective action wherever required.
• Conduct daily process audits as per the audit plan and carry out product audits.
• Perform daily rejection analysis, prepare action plans and monitor their implementation.
• Conduct process-related training.
• Identify process deviations and ensure their effective closure.

Required Skills

• Should have knowledge of foundry processes, defect analysis and corrective action.
• Knowledge of process and product audits, quality tools, FMEA and IATF / ISO 9001 is required.
• Should demonstrate communication skills, punctuality, hard work, sincerity and teamwork.
