Process Engineer

Job Purpose

Ensure production processes operate within defined PCP standards to achieve yield, cost, quality and service targets. Drive process improvements for better performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes as per PCP.
• Identify and resolve process deviations and recurring issues.
• Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Analyse process data to improve yield, quality and productivity.
• Support RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
• Standardize processes and maintain process documentation.
• Support new product/process trials and machine/process changes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and process standards.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams for troubleshooting, process improvement and implementation of corrective actions.
