Process Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement process improvements through Kaizen events, PFMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and develop solutions using lean principles.
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in Process Engineering or related field in the solar industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including PV testing procedures.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and TPM practices.
