Process Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Engineer responsible for improving manufacturing processes, increasing production efficiency, reducing defects, and ensuring smooth line operations. The candidate should have knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve production processes for better efficiency and quality.
• Analyze production data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and update SOPs, process flow, and work instructions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and line setup activities.
• Reduce cycle time, rejection, and process losses.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and NPI teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle process validation and continuous improvement projects.
• Support manpower balancing and line productivity improvement.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in EMS / SMT / FATP manufacturing is preferred.
