Process Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform literature searches and prepare Routes of Synthesis (ROS) for API and intermediate development, innovation, and development of new ideas.
• Execute laboratory experiments for troubleshooting, process optimization/ development activities.
• Develop and enhance chemical processes to improve cost efficiency and simplify operations.
• Support and execute technology transfer activities, including monitoring and evaluation of scale-up batches.
• Assist in analytical data evaluation and support the establishment of specifications as required.
• Operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration prior to conducting experimental activities.

• Strong foundation in chemistry R&D and laboratory practices
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and document findings clearly
• Proactive mindset for process improvement and innovation
• Familiarity with API/intermediate development and scale-up activities preferred
