About this role
As a Process Associate Insurance (Policy Admin), you will be involved in the management and servicing of insurance policies. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Coordinate activities associated with Policy Admin
Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
Adhere to SLAs and follow standard SOPs
Graduate (except B.Tech/Technical Graduation/Law) with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the Insurance domain
Accurately process Life and Annuity Insurance Policy tasks
Handling of policy administration requests, review of requests, processing, and request for additional documents if required
Readiness to work in shifts as needed for the job
Strong communication abilities with fluency
Ability to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office applications
Self-directed and ambitious achiever
Meeting targets effectively
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational skills
