Process Consultant

Position Name : IT Process Consulting & Governance Lead

Role Summary : Lead the design and execution of governance frameworks, operating models, and business processes to enable efficient, compliant, and scalable operations. Drive standardized ways of working, playbook management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional governance across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize business processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Define, maintain, and drive adoption of playbooks, SOPs, RACI models, and ways of working.
• Lead governance operations, including executive reviews, RAID management, KPI reporting, and decision tracking.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Conduct Veeva cross-Vault impact assessments, identify dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement changes.
• Drive continuous improvement, change management, and governance maturity initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards, governance reports, and leadership communications.
