• Position: Customer Care Executive
• Location: Gurugram
• Process: Domestic & International
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

SALARY PACKAGE & INCENTIVES

• Freshers: Up to 22,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 32,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries professionally and confidently.
• Provide excellent customer support through voice and chat.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
