Key Roles Responsibilities:

- Execute day-to-day record processing tasks with high accuracy and speed
- Research defendant personal details using designated client tools
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for record checking, validation, and updating
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for every record processed
- Adhere strictly to client-defined SLAs, process SOPs, and KPIs
- Flag discrepancies or data gaps for review as per process guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive personal information
Key Skills Required:

- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filtering, basic formulas)
- Strong analytical and research skills to validate and cross-check information
- Good attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure
- Sound soft skills - communication, teamwork, and adaptability
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet defined targets (SLA/KPI-driven environment)
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality and compliance practices (preferred, given LPO context)
