Process Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming service requests as per defined guidelines and timelines.
• Validate information received from stakeholders and ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
• Provide support and assistance to onshore team.
• Perform data entry, record updates, and account setup in internal systems.
• Prepare and issue customer documents and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with process requirements.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients for missing information or clarifications.
• Manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks to meet turnaround times.
• Maintain activity logs and update status in system as per process guidelines.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Support team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exhibit strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Comfortable in night shifts

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years of experience in Insurance/Back-office/BPO operations.
• Experience in data processing, documentation, or operational support preferred.
