Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Auditing & Visibility

• Track listings: Catalog all newly launched items on various e-commerce channels.
• Audit details: Verify accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and layout displays.
• Monitor visibility: Perform regular weekly checks on search placement across platforms.

Inventory Management

• Reconcile stock: Run inventory audits to fix discrepancies for partner sellers.
• Control levels: Track safety stock thresholds to prevent stockouts and deficits.

Order Fulfillment & Tracking

• Enforce SLAs: Audit fulfillment speed to ensure 24-hour processing timelines.
• Update customers: Provide proactive communication regarding shipping delays or updates.

Returns & Dispute Resolution

• Log returns: Maintain detailed logs of incoming customer and courier returns.
• Manage disputes: File financial or physical claims and monitor until resolved.

Reporting & Analytics

• Data maintenance: Organize complex operational tracking metrics using Microsoft Excel.
• Build dashboards: Generate performance reports for cross-functional management teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing multi-channel platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail for data reconciliation and auditing.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for vendor and customer relations.
• Time Management: Ability to resolve critical order backlogs within strict deadlines.
