Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming service requests as per defined guidelines and timelines.
- Validate information received from stakeholders and ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
- Provide support and assistance to onshore team.
- Perform data entry, record updates, and account setup in internal systems.
- Prepare and issue customer documents and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with process requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients for missing information or clarifications.
- Manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks to meet turnaround times.
- Maintain activity logs and update status in system as per process guidelines.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exhibit strong time management and problem solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Comfortable in night shifts
- 0–2 years of experience in Insurance/Back-office/BPO operations.
- Experience in data processing, documentation, or operational support preferred.
