Process Associate

Job Title : Process Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, issuance, and renewal of insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client policy records in the database.
• Process policy changes, endorsements and cancellations
• Receive and review insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
• Enter claim information into the system and follow up on claim status.
• Handle onshore inquiries via phone or email
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.

• Experience:
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with insurance terms, policies, and procedures is a plus.

Language :

• Good writing and verbal skills in English

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Conditions:

• This role is working from office 5 days a week
• 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday
