Process Associate

Handle customer orders and provide backend support.
Process orders accurately in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Resolve order queries and update clients.
Fluent English communication with US & Canada clients.

Required Candidate profile

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills.
MS Excel & ERP/CRM knowledge.
Multitasking ability.
Basic order processing knowledge.
BPO/KPO experience preferred.
