Process Associate - Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and generate leads through online platforms, networking, and cold calling.
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to understand product features and align them with client needs.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
6. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategies that boost sales performance.

Required Skills:

2. Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or IT background)
2. 0-2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles (Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply)
