Role Overview

This is a non-voice quality analysis role within the healthcare insurance domain. You will be responsible for reviewing insurance-related documents and claims communication sent to members, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.

What Youll Do:

Review health insurance claims & member documents

Identify errors using QA/manual testing concepts

Ensure quality & compliance in insurance processes

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility:

* Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Non-Tech)

BE/BTech/MTech/& Ex-Optum candidates not eligible

* Basic MS Excel & Word

* Good communication skills
