Process Associate - Accounts & Finance

Job Description

Responsible for executing day-to-day operational tasks within a defined business process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards. This role involves handling transactions, resolving queries, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks (data entry, transaction processing, customer queries, documentation review, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with process guidelines, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and quality benchmarks
• Identify and escalate process exceptions or discrepancies to the Manager
• Maintain and update process trackers, reports, and logs
• Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and targets
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on process changes
• Support audits and quality checks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
• Good typing speed (for data-entry-heavy roles)
• Problem-solving and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in processing
• Familiarity with CRM tools or process-specific software
• Knowledge of the specific domain (banking)
