As a Process Analyst ;EDM,;you will be supporting employee and business needs in delivering outstanding HR services for employees.

Your primary responsibilities include:;

;;;;;;;Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems.

;;;;;;;Assist in preparing employee-related documents such as employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence.

;;;;;;;Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members.

;;;;;;;Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.

;;;;;;;Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines.

;;;;;;;Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries.

;;;;;;;Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities.

;;;;;;;Engage with customers to address queries and concerns related to compensation administration and processes.

;;;;;;;Provides data for the internal business controls team as required.

;;;;;;;Ensure compliance with the clients existing standards.

;;;;;;;Understand and adhere to HR policies, and regulations, and respond to employee queries.
