PRO Associate (Off-Roll) - Delhi NCR

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:

• Drive employee engagement initiatives including PR Hours, store connects, and virtual engagement sessions.
• Manage partner query resolution and ensure closure within defined TAT.
• Coordinate hiring activities for Campus driuves including interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate tracking.
• Support diversity and campus hiring initiatives including referral drives, special ability hiring, and new city hiring.
• Execute regional HR initiatives and programs such as insurance drives, Education Plus, PES/GPTW activities, and welfare programs.
• Maintain and publish weekly HR dashboards and trackers including headcount, hiring mix, and AOP vs actual reports.
• Support the PR Manager with payroll-related inputs including hardship allowance and referral payout confirmations with operations teams.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining documentation, approvals, and compliance records.
• Partner with Store Managers, DMs, and central teams to ensure smooth HR operations and effective communication.
• Track Offer-to-Onboarding timelines and coordinate with central process teams to improve hiring turnaround time.
