We offer bespoke investment solutions to HNI and UHNI clients across PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products, Equities, Unlisted Shares and other investment solutions.

We are looking for a client-centric and performance-driven Private Wealth Manager / Senior Wealth Manager to acquire, manage and grow HNI/UHNI client relationships. The role involves client acquisition, wealth advisory, portfolio management, AUM growth and relationship management.

• Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients through networking, referrals, industry connects and other channels.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline for new client acquisition and business development.

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio and deepen wallet share.

• Provide investment advisory and goal-based wealth solutions based on client requirements and risk profile.

• Recommend and sell PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Income, SIPs, Unlisted Shares, Equities, Commodities and Currency.

• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively identify investment opportunities.

• Achieve targets related to client acquisition, revenue generation and AUM growth.

• Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and long-term business growth.

• Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, KYC requirements and internal compliance policies.

• 5–12 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services.

• Proven experience in HNI/UHNI client acquisition and relationship management.

• Strong track record of managing and growing an AUM book of 50 Crore+.

• Experience in selling PMS, AIFs and other investment/wealth products preferred.

• Strong network and ability to independently generate business from HNI/UHNI clients.

• Excellent communication, relationship management and consultative selling skills.

• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products.

• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.

• MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred.

• NISM / CFP / CWM certifications will be an advantage.

• AMFI Registration Number (ARN) desirable.
