Prior Authorization Team Lead- US Healthcare RCM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Prior Authorization operations for the team
  
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of pre-service authorization requests
  
• Handle team performance management, reviews, and escalations
  
• Participate in client calls and ensure SLA compliance
  
• Track key metrics such as approval rates and turnaround time (TAT)
  
• Coordinate with providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve authorization issues
  

Must Have

• Pre-service Prior Authorization experience
  
• Strong knowledge of payer guidelines and pre-cert requirements
  
• Strong team management, performance tracking, and escalation handling skills
  

Preferred

• Epic experience
  
• Exposure to Behavioral Health, Sleep Studies, or Interventional Radiology service lines

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Timeline: Immediate joiners

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years in US Healthcare processes and handling Prior Authorization

Education: Any Graduate
