Prior Authorization Analyst- US Healthcare RCM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre-service Prior Authorization requests on behalf of Providers/Doctors
  
• Work with multiple commercial insurance payers
  
• Review authorization requirements and process requests accurately
  
• Follow up with insurance payers regarding authorization status
  
• Coordinate with providers and internal teams to resolve authorization issues
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of authorization activities
  

Must Have

• Pre-service Prior Authorization experience
  
• Experience working with multiple commercial payers
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  

Preferred

• Epic experience
  
• Exposure to Behavioral Health, Sleep Studies, or Interventional Radiology service lines

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Timeline: Immediate joiners
Experience Required: 1.5 years to 4 years of relevant Prior Authorization experience
Education: Any Graduate
