Printing Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Operate or support printing activities as per the job card, approved sample, SOP, and production plan.
• Ensure correct job setup, screen, ink, colour shade, machine parameters, and first-piece approval before production.
• Monitor production output, machine efficiency, job-change time, downtime, rejection, and ink consumption.
• Check print quality and immediately report or correct smudging, shade variation, registration, pinholes, and other defects.
• Coordinate with Quality, Screen Lab, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores for smooth production and timely material availability.
• Maintain production, process, rejection, downtime, material-consumption, and shift-handover records accurately.
• Follow the production sequence and escalate machine, material, quality, or safety abnormalities promptly.
• Support job changes, cleaning, setup verification, and process stabilization.
• Follow PPE, machine-safety, housekeeping, 5S, and waste-reduction requirements.
• Participate in daily meetings, kaizen, troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement activities. R
