Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for printers, including troubleshooting and repairing issues with Epson, Canon, Inkjet, Deskjet printers.
- Install and configure printer software and drivers on Windows operating systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning print heads and replacing toner cartridges.
- Troubleshoot common problems with printing services using various diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve complex technical issues via phone or email.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Printer Support Engineer role.
- Strong knowledge of Printer Troubleshooting, Printer Repair, Printer Installation, Printers, Printing Service.
- Proficiency in working with Epson, Canon, Inkjet, Deskjet and additional brands.
