Printer Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain printers across branches and diagnostic centers.
• Diagnose and resolve printer hardware and connectivity-related issues.
• Perform repair and replacement of printer components such as drums, rollers, fusers, sensors, cartridges, and other spare parts.
• Troubleshoot Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, and Network Printers.
• Handle LAN, USB, IP configuration, and printer connectivity issues.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize printer downtime.
• Attend and resolve printer-related service tickets within the defined turnaround time.
• Provide on-site technical support to branches and diagnostic centers.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major repairs and technical issues.
• Maintain records of repairs, breakdowns, spare parts, and service activities.
• Ensure proper functioning and availability of printers at all assigned locations.
• Travel to different locations as required for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
