Print Production Systems Analyst II

Job Summary:

The Print Production Systems Analyst II is responsible for providing analytical support for SLA's and print production cost processing for production-related activities and projects within Business Partner Operations (BPO).

Essential Functions: Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing large datasets of different forms including structured, semi-structured and unstructured data. Perform data analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders and/or regulatory agencies. Conduct reviews of data systems and reporting data to identify and remediate data quality issues while coordinating with members of internal and external teams. Provide complex metrics and analytics as required by leadership. Performs any other job related duties as requested.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education Three (3) years of data analysis and project management required Experience in Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing required Experience analyzing complex data sets made of unstructured, semi-structure and structure datasets to drive insights required Health Care experience preferred

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Strong programming skills including SQL and visual studio Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs: Excel, Access, Sharepoint, and Powerpoint Demonstrated knowledge with relational databases, structured and unstructured data Knowledge of database design and implementation tools, including entity-relationship data modeling and SQL Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Licensure and Certification: None

Working Conditions: General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Travel is not typically required

Compensation Range: $72,200.00 - $115,500.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
