Location: Coimbatore / Yelahanka (Bangalore) / Vijayawada / Guntur / Nelamangala

Qualification & Experience:

- Master's Degree + B.Ed / M.Ed Mandatory

- 10-15 Years of Experience in CBSE / ICSE / International Schools, with minimum 5 Years as Principal / Vice Principal in a reputed CBSE School

- Strong knowledge of CBSE Affiliation, NEP 2020, and School Accreditation Process

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership:

• - Drive academic excellence and ensure high board results.
• - Implement Birla Open Minds curriculum, pedagogy and innovative teaching methodologies.
• - Monitor lesson plans, teacher training, classroom observations and academic audits.

2. Administration & Operations:

• - Complete responsibility of School Administration, Compliance and CBSE norms.
• - Manage Budget, Fee Collection, Staff Recruitment and Infrastructure.
• - Ensure safety, security and discipline in the campus.

3. Admissions & Marketing:

• - Lead Student Admissions, Retention and Parent Orientation Programs.
• - Represent the school in external forums, media, and community events to build brand visibility.
• - Achieve admission targets with Marketing Team.

4. Staff Management:

• - Recruit, Train, Mentor and Appraise teaching and non-teaching staff.
• - Conduct regular training, workshops and performance reviews.

5. Parent & Stakeholder Management:

• - Maintain strong Parent-School relationship through regular PTMs and communication.
• - Handle parent grievances professionally.
