- Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in school administration and academic leadership.
- Educational Background: A highly educated candidate with a Science specialization/background, along with appropriate professional qualifications in education/administration.
- CBSE Expertise: Strong and practical knowledge of CBSE circulars, affiliation, extension of affiliation, bylaws, examination-related requirements, and other CBSE compliance matters.
- Leadership Profile: A holistic educational leader with a proven track record in successfully managing a school, including academics, administration, staff, students, parents, and institutional development.
- Student-Centric Approach: The candidate should be student-centric, empathetic, approachable, disciplined, and capable of creating a positive learning environment.
- School Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with a strong and demonstrable track record in reputed schools.
- Preferred Region: Candidates from North India will be preferred.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Salary: Approximately up to 1,00,000 per month, with flexibility to offer a higher package to an exceptionally suitable candidate based on qualifications, experience, and proven track record.
