Principal - Talent Sourcing (BFSI)

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build strong relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Lead sourcing strategies using talent intelligence and market insights to attract the right talent.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor by confidently recommending solutions for challenging or niche hiring needs.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations and relevant candidate insights.
• Use candidate feedback and market challenges to adapt recruitment strategies, including new locations or talent pools.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support problem-solving.

Note: Candidate from BFSI/Investment banking/ Banking domain preferred
