Role Overview
The Sustainability Strategy Advisory will be responsible for selling advisory services and strategic client engagement across Schneider Electric's sustainability consulting portfolio. This role focuses on helping organizations develop and execute climate and sustainability strategies, including GHG emissions management, Net Zero pathways, climate risk assessments, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder disclosures.
The ideal candidate combines strong sustainability domain expertise with a consultative sales mindset and the ability to engage senior business leaders on strategic transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, climate advisory, ESG strategy, decarbonization, corporate sustainability, or related professional services, with a demonstrated track record of business development and revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in sustainability and climate frameworks, including GHG Protocol, Scope 1-2-3 emissions accounting, SBTi target setting, RE100, CDP, GRI, ISSB, TCFD, BRSR, climate risk assessments, Net Zero strategy, and sustainability reporting etc.
- Strong executive presence and commercial acumen, with the ability to engage senior leadership, develop strategic business cases, influence sustainability transformation agendas, and lead complex consulting sales pursuits.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Climate Change, Engineering, Energy Management, Business, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
