Location Base: Hyderabad

Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (IST)

Experience Level: 6-10years

6-10 years of support experience

- .NET & SQL expertise

- Linux/Unix experience

- API knowledge (REST/SOAP)

- Incident management tools experience (JIRA)

- RCA and troubleshooting skills

- Strong problem
