About the role

Were looking for a Principal Software Engineer for the SIW Platform team. Operating under the larger Enterprise Access pillar, the SIW Platform team owns Oktas secure web experiences for end-user authentication and access. As a technical leader on this team, you will drive the architectural vision for the Okta Sign-In Widget (SIW)a highly secure, open-source login platform used by millions daily and extended by both our internal feature teams and external customers.

What youll be doing

Minimum Requirements :

Technical Qualifications:

Familiarity with modern frontend stacks, including JavaScript/TypeScript, frameworks like React, and tooling such as Webpack or Vite. Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) and a commitment to writing comprehensive tests.
