About this role
Requirements:
- 7+ years of backend/software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in system design and architecture.
- Should still be hands-on with coding, not purely an engineering manager/architect.
- Experience owning or leading large-scale production systems.
- Core Technical Skills: Distributed Systems, Microservices / Service-oriented Architecture, Event-driven Architecture, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Strong understanding of databases and data consistency.
- API design, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) with strong software engineering and coding principles.
Backend Technology:
- No restriction on backend language.
- Go (preferred), Java, Python, Rust, Node.js, Scala, etc., can be considered.
- Focus on architecture and engineering depth, not the programming language.
