Principal Security Architect

• This is a critical Senior Manager role based in the Gurgaon office. 
• Years of experience 14+ years in Cyber threat Vulnerability Management Must
• Senior Manager role with strong technical experience in threat exposure with 
• Cyber Security
• Vulnerability management
• Penetration testing
• Offensive security 
• Attack Surface management experience.
• Senior executive with people management, stakeholder relationship building, lead and partner with smaller teams 
• Experience with larger organization is required. They must have prior experience working in the larger and complex manufacturing industry 
• Must be highly autonomous - must be able to operate with minimal oversight and to lead both strategically and operationally. 
• Looking for a Senior executive level person who is technically strong, individual contributor, people management, and can lead, manage the team effectively.
• Given client manufacturing environment, where systems often require continuous availability and no downtime, the individual must be skilled at managing and exposing vulnerability risks while ensuring business continuity 

Role & responsibilities

Lead vulnerability management, attack surface management, and offensive security programs.
Drive penetration testing, exposure validation, and risk-based remediation.
Develop strategies to address emerging cyber threats and AI-enabled attacks.
Collaborate with security teams and business stakeholders to reduce organizational risk.
Present security posture and risk reduction metrics to executive leadership.
Lead and manage large cybersecurity teams.

Required Qualifications:
14+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience
Strong expertise in offensive security, penetration testing, vulnerability management, or attack surface management
Experience in risk-based prioritization and remediation
Proven experience leading large teams
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, GPEN, or GXPN preferred
