Principal SAP Procurement Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead business process analysis, fit-gap workshops and solution scoping for procurement projects and enhancements.
• Design global, scalable SAP procurement solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, design standards and template governance.
• Provide subject matter expertise for SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba and source-to-pay processes.
• Govern the global procurement template and support integrations between SAP, Ariba and connected enterprise systems.
• Provide senior support to application maintenance teams for production incidents, enhancement requests and solution quality issues.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 13 years of SAP business analysis, consulting or implementation experience in international environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP MM procurement functionality.
• Deep understanding of P2P, procurement business processes, master data and transactional data structures.
• Experience designing global ERP solutions, conducting fit-gap analysis and aligning functional designs with architectural standards.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and procurement-related integrations across SAP and non-SAP enterprise platforms.

Good to Have:

• Experience with direct procurement, indirect procurement and ERP integration initiatives.

Education: B.E. or equivalent university degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
