Preferred candidate profile

• Pharma experience is a must-have. (Mandatory requirement)
• Exposure to Pharma Hiring in Indian market for all Roles (Mandatory requirement)
• The candidate should have experience in hiring executive/leadership roles along with medical roles.
• Exposure to Indian recruitment (Mandatory requirement)
• Handled leadership hiring
• Excellent communication the hiring managers would be executives for this role, hence excellent communication and prior experience would be needed.

Role & responsibilities

• This position would also be involved in senior-level medical/scientists. Hence knowledge of the said domain needs to be apt.
• The responsibilities would be corporate functions/sales, Clinical Research, Medical Regulatory, Medical Affiliation, Medical Development, Principal scientists etc.
