Principal - QA

Your impact

The purpose of this role is to oversee the entire testing lifecycle, lead QA teams, and ensures that software products meet high standards of reliability, performance, and security before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Planning Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship Train, evaluate, and mentor QA engineers, leads, and analysts while managing daily operations and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product managers, software developers, and UX designers to define acceptance criteria, review requirements, and manage release schedules.
• Metrics & Quality Standards Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as defect density, test coverage, Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), and automation effectiveness.
  
  

Defect Triage & Root Cause Analysis Oversee bug tracking, analyse production issues, run root cause investigations, and drive continuous process improvements.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline
• Determines and addresses underlying client needs. Confirms satisfaction. Sets up client feedback systems
