Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

The Principal Product Manager will independently own and drive critical trading experiences across the WazirX platform. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong product judgment, deep trading domain understanding, and end-to-end execution ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the evolution of core trading products
• Define product vision, roadmap, and execution priorities
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams
• Drive product decisions using data and user insights
• Continuously improve trading workflows and user journeys
• Ensure product quality, reliability, and scalability

Requirements

• 12-15 years of product management experience
• Strong experience in trading, fintech, or transactional products
• Deep understanding of trading systems and user workflows
• Strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to independently own complex product areas
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments

Nice To Have

• Experience in crypto trading platforms or capital markets products
