Principal Product Manager

Hiring an experienced Product Leader to own strategic domains such as logistics, travel and tourism, or financial services. The person will build platform/API-first products that operate across an entire digital commerce ecosystem rather than a single company's product.

Responsibilities:

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Build scalable platforms, APIs, network specifications, and interoperable products.
• Work with engineering, architecture, policy, business, and external ecosystem partners.
• Drive adoption and growth across buyers, sellers, logistics providers, fintechs, and technology partners.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Mentor product managers and establish strong product processes.
• Use data, customer feedback, experimentation, and ecosystem insights for product decisions.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years in product management.
• Experience with marketplaces, platforms, APIs, network-based products, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, or digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, interoperability, distributed ecosystems, and platform products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Strong product strategy and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience managing/mentoring PMs.
