About the role:

Rebel's owned channels are at the heart of our consumer business.

They comprise the EatSure app - our flagship channel, individual brand apps, subscription-based order channels, international products and emerging experiences like offline ordering.

As Principal Product Manager - Own Channels, you will define the product strategy that drives their growth.

You'll own the roadmap, lead Product and Design teams, and partner closely with business leadership to shape business outcomes, not just product / tech outputs.

Success in this role is measured by outcomes: improving conversion, building exceptional customer experiences, increasing AOV and cross-brand ordering, launching new growth businesses, and scaling Rebel's digital products across markets.

What you'll own:

- Define the product vision and strategy for EatSure, brand apps, international products and new ordering channels.

- Co-own business outcomes with leadership, translating growth priorities into product strategy and execution.

- Build and drive the product roadmap, balancing customer experience, business impact and long-term platform investments.

- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, raising the bar on product thinking, execution and craft.

- Create category-leading ordering journeys that improve conversion, app ratings, retention and customer delight.

- Build new growth engines from AI-powered experiences and brand-first digital products to international expansion and offline ordering.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Operations to deliver products that customers love and businesses scale on.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a product leader with strong product instincts and equally strong business judgment.

You'll likely bring:

- 6+ years of product management experience in leading consumer technology companies.

- A track record of building and scaling successful consumer products with measurable business impact.

- Experience defining product strategy, not just shipping features.

- Experience leading Product Managers and building high-performing product teams.

- Excellent product thinking, analytical rigor and communication skills.

- A passion for building elegant customer experiences powered by data and AI.

- D2C, e-commerce or marketplace experience is a strong advantage
