Job Description:

We are looking for Senior Private Bankers / Wealth Management professionals to join leading boutique wealth management firms in India. The role is suited for experienced professionals with a strong track record in managing UHNI/HNI relationships, private wealth, alternative investments, and family office solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong client network, deep understanding of wealth products, and the ability to build and manage long-term relationships with affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and deepen relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and affluent investors.

- Develop and grow a strong client portfolio through acquisition, referrals, and relationship management.

- Provide customized wealth management and investment solutions aligned with clients financial objectives and risk profiles.

- Advise clients across private wealth, alternative investments, structured products, and other investment opportunities.

- Identify opportunities across private equity, venture capital, real estate, AIFs, PMS, and other alternative investment products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business families, promoters, CXOs, and other high-net-worth individuals.

- Collaborate with investment and product teams to deliver customized portfolio and wealth solutions.

- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.

- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, regulatory developments, and evolving wealth management products.

- Represent the firm with senior clients and build a strong market presence within the private wealth ecosystem.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experienced Private Banker / Wealth Manager / Family Office professional with a strong track record in managing HNI/UHNI relationships.

- Strong existing network among HNI/UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, promoters, family offices, and institutional investors.

- Experience in private banking, wealth management, alternative investments, or family office advisory.

- Strong understanding of investment products and wealth management solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to acquire and retain high-value clients and generate business.

- Strong commercial orientation with excellent relationship management and networking skills.

- Ability to operate independently and build a high-quality client franchise.

- Candidates currently working with boutique wealth management firms, private banks, family offices, investment firms, or similar institutions will be preferred.
