We are looking for an experienced Principal Java Architect with 12+ years of expertise in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead architecture initiatives, drive technical strategy, and mentor engineering teams while building high-performance microservices-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the architecture roadmap for enterprise-scale applications.
• Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems.
• Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Drive CI/CD adoption, containerization, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Ensure application security, resilience, and performance optimization.
• Mentor engineers and architects, fostering technical excellence across teams.
