Project Details : 

"Project Management Consultancy Services for Construction of New Integrated Terminal Building and Allied Works, including Extension of Apron at Srinagar Airport."

Role:

Principal Interior Designer

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate degree in Architecture with more than 10 Years of Experience in designing at least 1 work of a similar nature within the last 7 years.

Experience as a Principal/Lead Interior Designer/ Firm, having planned & executed an Airport Terminal Building of at least 41,200 Sqm (in a minimum of 1 country outside the country of origin) meeting international quality standards under a single contract is an added advantage.

Note:  Similar nature of work means Composite work of Centrally Air-conditioned Buildings of Airport Terminal Buildings / 5 Star Hotels / Shopping Malls / Underground metro stations / Multi-Specialty Hospitals / IT Parks along with associated works (The composite work includes components of Civil Building works, Electrification and E&M services like Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting, HVAC.)
