Domain Expertise

• Demonstrated experience implementing Saviynt IAM solutions
• Strong domain knowledge in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Expertise in integrating identity services with enterprise applications
  • Proficiency in workflow design and implementation, from basic to complex approval processes
  • Advanced knowledge of role-based access control within Saviynt
  • Experience of delegating workflow management to ServiceNow

Integration Development

• Design and implement integration solutions between identity services and Nomura applications (Inhouse + SaaS)
• Develop and maintain integration frameworks based on business requirements
• Create and optimize workflows for access management and approval processes
• Configure role definitions and implement role-based access control

Business Analysis Requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to gather IGA requirements
• Develop detailed use cases and process definitions
• Perform comprehensive analysis for:
  • Identity entitlements
  • Role definitions
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies
  • Privileged account management

Project Management Risk

• Identify and mitigate risks related to application and account onboarding
• Track integration progress and maintain project timelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional IGA teams for status updates
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on onboarding status across all IGA technologies

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with IGA Technology Leader on new requirements and solutions
• Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders
• Coordinate with other IGA technology teams
  • Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders management

Technical Skills

Identity Access Management

• Strong foundation in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and principles via Saviynt EIC Platform
  • Certified Saviynt expertise:
    • L100 certification completion required
    • L200 certification completion required
  • Understanding of access management frameworks and security protocols

Development Integration

• Experience with enterprise system integrations
• Proficiency in API development and implementation:
  • REST APIs
  • JSON-RPC

Understanding of integration patterns and architectures

• Version Control:
  • Git proficiency
  • Source code management practices
• Project Management Tools:
  • JIRA for task tracking
  • Confluence for documentation
• Testing:
  • Test automation
