Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and visionary Principal to provide strong academic, administrative and strategic leadership to the institution. The Principal will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, effective institutional administration, student development, faculty performance and overall growth of the College.

The role involves leading academic planning and curriculum implementation, faculty recruitment and development, student admissions and retention, examinations, discipline, placements, research, innovation and industry/institutional collaborations. The Principal will also ensure compliance with applicable University, UGC and other statutory/regulatory requirements, and lead accreditation and quality-assurance initiatives.

The Principal will work closely with the Management, faculty, students, parents, University, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to strengthen the institution's academic standards, reputation and operational effectiveness. The candidate will be expected to promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, discipline and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving and team-building skills, with demonstrated experience in academic administration, institutional development and managing a higher-education institution.
