17.Perform initial testing of components in order to sign off for verification / validation testing"

21.Work Package signoff for released specifications and mechanical drawings

22.Start / Change / Stop work packages within tolerances set for the project phase

23.Process Deviation identification and escalation

24.Authority to approve non-deviated engineering product releases to the OEM customer

25.Authority to define Design bill of materials and associated specification for purchasing / manufacturing use

26.Sign off product level ESER / AAR for sub-suppliers

27.Significant characteristic identification and approval (design level)
