Principal Data Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Python, SQL, and other tools to extract insights from healthcare datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement predictive modeling solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Design and execute experiments to validate new algorithms and models, ensuring high accuracy and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership on complex projects, mentoring junior team members and driving project delivery.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in data scientist roles or similar positions.
• Strong background in machine learning, statistics, or related fields; advanced degree preferred (Ph.D.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; expertise in SQL for querying relational databases.
• Experience working with large datasets within the healthcare industry; knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
