About this role
- Hands-on, delivery-focused architect with experience leading data platform implementations from design through production support.

- Proven leadership working across business stakeholders, engineering teams, platform teams, and program leadership.
- Deep expertise in Azure Data Platform (ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Azure Key Vault, Azure DevOps).
- Advanced experience with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark, and modern Lakehouse architectures.
- Experience designing enterprise data platforms spanning ingestion, transformation, curation, governance, and consumption layers.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion patterns, data quality controls, reconciliation frameworks, and operational monitoring.
- Experience designing solutions for SaaS, API, and file-based source integrations, including schema evolution and incremental processing.
- Expertise in data governance, security, lineage, and sensitive financial or employee data handling.
- Experience leading SIT, UAT, production deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities for enterprise data programs.
- Experience reverse engineering legacy data warehouses, analytical platforms, semantic layers, and reporting solutions to support modernization and migration initiatives
