Principal Consultant Telecom Fraud Management

• Lead fraud risk assessments across prepaid, postpaid, interconnect, roaming, partner, network, and digital revenue streams
• Design and deploy Fraud Management functions within telecom operator environments
• Evaluate and optimize FM system configurations rules, thresholds, audits, and adaptors
• Build fraud detection strategies aligned with emerging trends, regulations, and industry standards
• Partner with billing, revenue assurance, IT, network, and customer operations teams
• Present fraud management roadmaps and recommendations at CxO level
• Engage with global forums (GSMA, CFCA, TM Forum, Risk & Assurance Group) to benchmark best practices

• 810 years of hands-on Telecom Fraud Management experience with telecom operators
• Strong grasp of telecom business processes, call flows, and customer lifecycle
• Proven expertise in fraud detection systems, rule/adaptor configuration, and audits
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills for executive reporting
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting abilities

• Exposure to GSMA, CFCA, W3C, TM Forum, or Risk & Assurance Group
• Consulting/transformation project experience in telecom risk & assurance
• Certifications in fraud management or risk assurance
• Familiarity with AI/ML models and OSINT for fraud management
