Roles ResponsibilitiesKey Skills Required:
High Impact Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.

What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor''s degree in relevant field. A masters degree in management is a plus
Experience: 12+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, process excellence, and related field.
Certifications:
o Mandatory - Lean Six Sigma Certification
o Desirable - Industry certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, PMP
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with RPA automation platforms, ERP systems, AI / ML technologies, process modeling tools.
Domain Knowledge: In depth Domain Knowledge in at least one industry domain
